Track your order

Get real time updates on your recent mobile, 5G Home Internet, Rogers Xfinity and Home Security orders. Select which order you’d like to track.

Note: If you’re a customer with Rogers together with Shaw, please see the instructions below for tracking order details with My Shaw.  

Track your order online

Sign in to track a mobile, 5G Home Internet or Rogers Xfinity order with ease on rogers.com or use the steps track your order on the carrier’s website.

  1. Check the email we sent you for your tracking number and the carrier that is delivering your package. Note: Occasionally, due to a high volume of orders, it can take up to 2 business days for you to receive the tracking email.
  2. Go to the appropriate carrier website below and paste in the tracking number from your email to get an update on your order.


Note: Purolator orders will receive an SMS. Ensure that the contact number on your MyRogers profile is up to date.

Track your mobile or 5G Home Internet order using the MyRogers app

  1. Open the MyRogers app on your device and sign-in with your username and password. Don’t have the app? Get it on Google Play or the App store.
  2. From the More tab, select Order tracking. A list of active orders and their statuses will display.
  3. When an order is in Shipped status, you can select Track shipment to get the latest updates on delivery.

Track your order with My Shaw

If you’re a Rogers together with Shaw customer, you can view your orders and shipping details anytime using the My Shaw website (my.shaw.ca) or the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store). Order details include order date, order number, shipping company, and tracking number for the last 60 days of order history. 

To view your order details using the My Shaw website: 

  1. Visit my.shaw.ca
  2. Sign in using your Shaw ID and password. 
  3. From the top menu bar, select My Profile then Track Orders. 
  4. Order details are displayed including order date, order number, shipping company, and tracking number for the last 60 days of order history. 
  5. Select the tracking number to view shipping status. 

 

To view your order details using the My Shaw app (Apple App Store | Google Play Store)

  1. Open the My Shaw app. 
  2. Tap Track Orders from the home page or in the Billing menu. 
  3. Order details are displayed including order date, order number, shipping company, and tracking number for the last 60 days of order history.  
  4. Tap the tracking number to view shipping status. 

 

Note: If you do not have a current order you will not see a line item with a tracking number.
