How do I manage my music library?

Your Music on Hold library stores recorded original and licensed music for your callers to listen to while they are on hold. Advantage Voice doesn't play hold music by default, but you can use the system's default music or upload other music or promotional audio that you have authorization to use.

How do I set up my hold music?

To upload music, click on "Greetings and Music on Hold" in the administrative dashboard. Next, click on the "Add New Music" button, which will add the audio file to your Music on Hold library. You can preview the music file to check its quality, as well as delete and re-upload a file if the original file's audio quality isn't good enough.

It's easy to change your music files in the library; just click the radio button of the music or announcement file you want.
