Selective Call Acceptance
What is Selective Call Acceptance?
Control what calls a user can receive. An administrator at your company creates a restricted whitelist of telephone numbers that are allowed access to identified office subscribers. All callers not on this whitelist will not be connected.
How do I create a whitelist and restrict incoming calls to specific Office users or associated devices like analog overhead paging systems?
After logging into Advantage Voice:
1. Go to User Management (top navigation bar) for the specific Office user and choose 'User Call Settings' in the drop-down option.
2. Click on the 'Set up Selective Call Acceptance' Button in the Selective Call Acceptance box found at the bottom of the page.
3. Create a list by naming it and then selecting internal and external numbers you want to be associated with this list.
4. Click "Save" and you're done!
