What is Advantage Voice (formerly Rogers Unison)?
Advantage Voice provides all the powerful features of a traditional desk phone in a simplified and truly mobile solution.
With Advantage Voice, you won't incur mobile data usage charges for phone calls across Canada, including to other Advantage Voice users in your company.
You also won't need to pay for unused landlines or desk phones. Advantage Voice offers the ability to route incoming calls to whoever is available, which means no more missed calls.
How do I start using Advantage Voice?
Advantage Voice has two different user roles:
- Administrators, who set up schedules and major functions like the Auto Attendant and Hunt Groups for the company.
- Users, who have permissions to manage their own settings, such as Call Forwarding, Call Waiting and Show My Call Display.
If you already have a Business Self-Serve account, you will receive one email with a personalized URL to log in to Advantage Voice. You can also go directly to unison.rogers.com to access the service, and use the same username and password as your Business Self-Serve account credentials.
If you don't have a Business Self-Serve account yet, you'll receive two emails. The first will provide a temporary username and password to create your Business Self-Serve account, and the second will contain a link so you can start using Advantage Voice.
