Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding lets you route incoming calls from your phone to another phone number. You may have a number of reasons to forward your calls, and Rogers Unison offers several ways to direct your calls according to your availability:

  • To a mobile device
  • To an alternate number
  • To voicemail

For traditional call routing, select the "Forward My Calls" option on the user portal or the Rogers Unison mobile app.

Next, use the toggle switch to turn Call Forwarding on. Select the conditions for forwarding calls, either all the time or when:
  • The line is busy
  • No one answers
  • Not reachable (i.e., the call recipient is in a place with no signal, like a subway)

If you have voicemail set up on your desk or mobile extension/line, the Do Not Disturb setting can route callers directly into voicemail. You can also create and update a Call Forwarding schedule based on your business hours, after hours, and events.
