The Call Pull feature allows a user to move an active call from one device, such as a desk phone, to another, such as a smartphone. To pull a call to a different phone or device, dial *-1-1 on the device on which you wish to continue the call. You can also pull a call to your soft phone by going to the “Calls” menu and selecting the “Pull Call” option.
