What is Dual Persona?

Dual Persona lets you keep your existing local line number and add it to your mobile devices. Your customers won't need to remember a new number to reach you.

You can choose new numbers from different regions to appear local to callers in any area you choose to do business. For example, if your company is based in Toronto, you can use Dual Persona to call customers in Vancouver using a number with the 604 area code while still maintaining your Toronto number.

How do I change my Dual Persona settings?

Visit the user settings on the user portal to toggle between your mobile and Dual Persona numbers.

Choose which number shows up on the Caller ID of the people you call by clicking "Edit" in the Caller ID setting, then enter your primary and secondary numbers and click "Save".

If you're not connected to the internet, you can still change your Dual Persona settings by doing the following:

- Dial #29 and press Send to show your Dual Persona on Caller ID when making outgoing calls.
- Dial #30 and press Send to show your mobile number on Caller ID when making outgoing calls.
