What is Ring My Numbers?

Ring My Numbers enables administrators to set all phones to ring at the same time (Simultaneous Ring) or one at a time in a configured sequence (Sequential Ring). You can also schedule when to activate or deactivate these settings.

How do I set up and schedule Ring My Numbers?

Visit the administration settings overview page within the Rogers Unison portal to select Simultaneous or Sequential Ring. Schedule these settings based on peak call times to ensure you don't miss any important calls.

1. To enable this feature, toggle the on/off switch to "On"
2. To modify your settings, click "Edit".
3. Select either "Sequential" or "Simultaneous" to choose when phones should ring.
4. Select the phone number to associate with Ring My Numbers, or click on "Add number" to add a new phone number.
5. To apply a schedule to your Ring My Number settings, click "Apply Schedule". Select your time zone and create your schedule.
6. Click "Save".
