Make a one-time payment.

To make a one-time payment, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to MyBusiness Hub sign-in page
  2. Select Sign in>.
  3. Enter your username and password
    • Option: you can select ‘Remember me’ check box if you want the browser to remember your sign-in credentials for the next sign-in.
  4. Select Sign in
  5. Select Make a Payment from the My Business Account section
    • If you want to make a payment on a different account, select the Account from the top bar
    • Select Make a Payment from the Overview page.
  6. You’ll have two payment method options- Credit Card or Online Banking. Select the one you’d like to pay with:
    • If you selected Credit Card:
      • Confirm or enter the payment amount in the Amount Due box.
      • Enter the credit card information.
      • Select Continue once you are ready to proceed with the payment.
      • You'll get a confirmation number once the payment is processed.
    • If you selected Online Banking:
      • Select your bank from the list below and Sign-in to your online banking account.
      • Set up Rogers Wireless as a payee. You'll need your Rogers Account Number as listed on this page.
      • Pay the amount listed above .
      • Please note that payments can take up to 2 business days to process.
