Resolution

1. Make sure that all equipment is turned on.
2. Using the Input button on your TV’s remote, make sure your TV input setting corresponds to how your digital TV box is connected to it.
3. Check if other channels are affected.
4. Remove any equipment stacked on top of the digital TV box, and make sure it has space above for proper ventilation.
5. Check connections to make sure none of the cables are loose.
6. If you can’t get anything to display on the screen at all (inputs, channels, volume, menus, etc.) there may be a problem with your TV itself. Check with your TV’s manufacturer for instructions specific to the TV you have.
