Assign or change the Data Manager

The Data Manager receives a notification once a data threshold has been reached.
To assign or change the Data Manager on your account, please follow the steps below:
Please note: these steps are applicable for shared wireless plans only.

  1. Go to MyBusiness Hub sign-in page
  2. Select Sign in>
  3. Enter your username and password.
    • Option: you can select ‘Remember me’ check box if you want the browser to remember your sign-in credentials for the next sign-in.
  4. Select Sign in
  5. Once signed in, select Wireless Data Usage from the My Business Account section.
    • If you want to view the data usage on a different account, select Overview and then change the Account from top bar of Overview page.
  6. Now, in the Overview page, scroll down and select Manage Data Usage & Alerts.
  7. If you don’t have a data manager: 
    • You’ll be prompted to select a data manager upon changing any settings.
  8. If you do have a Data Manager:
    • Select Change next to the name of the current data manager.
  9. Select the radio button next to the subscriber you wish to assign as the Data Manager.
  10. Select Save to save the changes.
    • The changes take effect immediately.
