Change MyBusiness Hub profile name

To change the name on your MyBusiness Hub profile, please follow the steps below:
Note: You must also change the name on each portal you have linked to your MyBusiness Hub dashboard.

  1. Go to MyBusiness Hub sign-in page.  
  2. Select Sign in > 
  3. Enter your username and password.
    1. Option: you can select ‘Remember me’ check box if you want the browser to remember your sign-in credentials for the next sign in. 
  4. Select Sign in. 
  5. Once signed in, select My Preferences from the top header. 
  6. Select Edit next to Profile Name. 
  7. Enter the new first and last names. 
  8. Select Save to save the changes.
