Change SIM Card for a Subscriber

To change SIM card for a subscriber, please follow the steps below:

Physical SIM

  1. Go to MyBusiness Hub sign-in page
  2. Select Sign in >
  3. Enter your username and password.
    • Option: you can select ‘Remember me’ check box if you want the browser to remember your sign-in credentials for the next sign-in.
  4. Select Sign in
  5. Select the My Business Account header on the dashboard page
  6. Select the Account from the top bar
  7. Select the Subscriber for which you wish to change the SIM card from the Services tab or Overview page
  8. Select Change SIM Card
  9. Enter the current and new SIM card numbers
  10. Select Continue
  11. Reconfirm the new SIM card number and select Submit
    • The changes will be effective immediately. 
    • The old SIM card cannot be reactivated or re-used.
  12. You’ll receive a confirmation message for the changes made.

Digital eSIM

  1. Open the Services tab.
  2. Select the subscriber.
  3. Select Change my SIM from the list of activities.
  4. Select Get eSIM.
  5. Scan or share the QR code.
    • If you have the device: scan the QR code displayed on screen and then follow the steps to manually set up the eSIM on your device.
    • If you don’t have the device: open the Share eSIM activation link and continue with the next steps.
  6. Enter the digital eSIM recipient’s email address and Share. The digital eSIM QR code will be emailed to this address.
  7. Record the the one-time passcode as you will need to provide it to the person requesting the digital eSIM. They will require the passcode to get their digital eSIM QR code.
  8. The digital eSIM recipient will receive an email with their eSIM activation information.
