Manage Data Overage and Roaming Data Notifications
To manage the $50 data overage and $100 roaming data notifications on your account, please follow the steps below:
- Go to MyBusiness Hub sign-in page
- Select Sign in >
- Enter your username and password.
Option: you can select ‘Remember me’ check box if you want the browser to remember your sign-in credentials for the next sign in - Select Sign in
- Once signed in, select My Business Account header on the dashboard page.
- Scroll near the bottom of the Overview page and select Restore data access.
- Select Manage account permissions.
- If you want to manage the data notifications on a different account, select Switch accounts.
- Select the Account.
- To provide or remove permission for subscribers to authorize additional charges and restore access to data on the account, toggle the button between Yes and No.
- Select Confirm authorized user or Remove authorized user to save the changes.
- To opt out of the notifications, select the checkbox at the bottom of the page.
- You must enable or disable both notifications.
- By disabling the notifications, you agree to pay all data charges, and understand that you won’t receive any data overage notifications and data won’t be paused for any future bill cycles, even if the account exceeds the limits above, unless you opt back in.
