Taylor Swift Eras Tour Contest FAQ: Your Guide to Entering

I am an employee of the Business account. Will I also receive an email to enter the contest? 

The authorized account holder of the Business account associated with the entry will receive an email only. See full contest rules for details on eligibility. 

I became an eligible Small Business customer after the contest launched. Can I participate? 

Yes! The contest runs until November 7th, but you can become an eligible customer between October 1-31. If you become an eligible Small Business customer with a new account, we will send you an invitation to participate in our next weekly email. 

I deleted my email. Will I be sent the information again?   

If you didn’t open your email don’t worry, we will send you another email before the contest closes.  

I have resubscribed to marketing communications, when will I receive more information on the contest? 

 You’ll receive an email within a week. Please resubscribe by Oct. 31, 2024 to ensure you receive the contest email invitation in time. 

I have received an email claiming to giveaway tickets to Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour. How do I know if it’s from Rogers?  

Here are a few quick tips to verify if the email or text you received is phishing or fraudulent: 

• Be wary of any requests that are urgent or require immediate action. 
• Pay attention to slightly altered websites or email addresses and messages with spelling and grammatical errors. 
• Rogers and Shaw emails will come from rogers@e.rogers.com, info@businessmail.rogers.com and RogersLovesTaylor@rci.rogers.com
• Rogers will never ask for your credit card via text, email, or phone. We may request your email, account number, phone number, and full name through RogersLovesTaylor@rci.rogers.com 
  
  

I don’t live in Toronto or Vancouver. Is accommodation and travel included? 

All costs associated with the use of the prize, including travel costs to and from the concert location, are at the winner’s expense.  

I am not a Small Business customer. Can I enter the contest?

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to residents of Canada of legal age. Contest closes November 7, 2024. Prizes: Ten (10) pairs of tickets to see Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour in Canada to be won (ARV of CDN $1,000 each) with five (5) pairs of tickets available for the concert in Toronto and five (5) pairs of tickets for the concert in Vancouver. Correct answer to skill-testing question required to be declared a winner.
