How to add a line with new device to your My Business Account

Follow these easy steps/instructions to add an additional line with a new device to your Rogers My Business Account.

You can add up to 20 new lines (subject to credit approval) per order, with up to 10 lines per cart and up to 5 carts per order. Lines in each cart will have the same device, plan, and additional services.

  1. Go to https://www.rogers.com/bss and select Continue.
    • You can also go to MyBusiness Hub and select Sign in. And then select the My Business Account header.
  2. If prompted, select an account.
  3. Select Add a line from the Services tab.
  4. Select Add a Line to Your Account to purchase a new device.
  5. Complete the selections in each section and select Submit Order to complete the new activation order. 
    • Please note:  
      • Device Offers with Save & Return will provide a one-time Save & Return credit towards the total device cost. The device must be returned by the last month of the 24-month term. 
      • For eSIM compatible devices, you can request an eSIM voucher. You will need to scan the QR code with your device to activate the eSIM. 
      • If porting in an existing number: To avoid service disruptions, you will need to complete the port request once you receive the new SIM. Go to rogers.com/complete or contact us
        • A text message will be sent to the number that is being ported to approve the request. 
          • If there is no response to the message within 90 minutes, the transfer request will automatically be cancelled.
