Cannot delete wireless voicemail messages

Symptom

  • Unable to delete wireless voicemail messages by pressing 7.

Cause

  • Corrupted voicemail inbox
  • Glitch with the voicemail inbox

Resolution

  1. Connect to your voicemail and listen to the message you wish to delete.
  2. Press 3 twice while the message is playing.
  3. Press 7 to delete the message.
  4. Press * to disconnect the call.

  • The message will be permanently deleted from your voicemail inbox.
