View Device Trade-in Status from your My Business Account

Follow these steps to view the status of your Device Trade-in Requests.

  1. Go to https://www.rogers.com/bss and select Continue to sign in.
    • You can also go to MyBusiness Hub and select Sign In. And then select the My Business Account header.
  2. If prompted, select an account.
  3. Select View order status in the Device order inquiry box.
  4. Select Trade-in Dashboard.
  5. In the Trade-in Management Dashboard, you can view the Request ID, Device Model, Estimated Value, Request Status, and date of the last update.
    • You can use the filters and search fields to locate a specific Device Trade-in Request.
  6. If you need a replacement waybill to ship your device, you can reprint it by selecting the Waybill Number.
  7. To view the full Device Trade-in Request details, select the Request ID.
  8. The full Device Trade-in Request details include:
    • The Billing Account Number that will receive the trade-in credit
    • The Trade-in Quote received when submitting the request
    • The Estimated Trade-in Results following the review of the device’s condition
