How to complete a Hardware Upgrade on your My Business Account

Follow these steps to complete a Hardware Upgrade on your small business account.

  1. Go to https://www.rogers.com/bss and select Continue to sign in.
    • You can also go to MyBusiness Hub and select Sign in. And then select the My Business Account header.
  2. If prompted, select an account.
  3. Select the Subscriber from the Overview page or Services tab.
  4. Select Upgrade Device under the Manage Device section.
  5. Locate the Telephone Number you wish to upgrade.
    • You can use the filters at the top to help locate the number
  6. Review the eligibility details by selecting View Details.
    • If an Early Hardware Upgrade Fee is applicable, the amount will be displayed. Check the box to agree to the fee before continuing.
    • If the current device is on Save & Return, you will need to specify if you will be returning the device.
      • If you want to keep the device, select No.
        • The Save & Return Payment amount that will be charged will be displayed.
      • If you want to return the device, select Yes.
        • A return kit with an RMA number will be included in your order to ship the old device back.
    • If the line is not eligible, you can view the next eligible date by selecting Eligible Hardware Upgrade Date.
  7. Select Upgrade to continue.
    • If you are returning a Save & Return Device, check the box as confirmation that the device meets the required conditions and select Continue.
  8. Complete the selections in each section and select Submit Order to complete the device upgrade order. 


Please note:  
  • Device Offers with Save & Return will provide a one-time Save & Return credit towards the total device cost. The device must be returned by the last month of the 24-month term. 
  • For eSIM compatible devices, you can request an eSIM voucher. You will need to scan the QR code with your device to activate the eSIM.
