Rogers Wireless - Call Forwarding, Group Calling and Call Waiting

Pay as You Go™ offers the following services to all customers. These services have no monthly fee and are charged on a pay per use basis at your per minute rate.

Call Forwarding: allows you to redirect all incoming calls to an alternate telephone number.

Group Calling: allows you to have a conference call with other parties at different numbers; you can initiate calls to parties or add another party to an established call.*

Call Waiting: alerts you to incoming calls while your line is in use. Simply use the call hold function to toggle between calls.

*Per minute rate applies to each call included in the conference call.
All customers activating as of 24 September 2007 receive these services automatically. Existing customers may opt into these services by calling Melanie, our automated system, at *611 or 1-800-575-9090. Customers may opt out of these services by calling the same number.
