How to Set up & Use Visual Voicemail
Visual Voicemail allows callers to leave you a voice message when you don’t answer, just like other services. On an Apple iPhone, the unique feature of Visual Voicemail is that it lets you see a list of your messages and choose which ones to listen to or delete, without having to listen to prior messages or voice instructions.
The Phone button on the Home screen shows the total number of missed calls and unheard voicemail messages you have.
Please note: Visual Voicemail uses data. If you use it outside of Canada, you will be charged data roaming rates.
TIP! For Visual Voicemail to work, your Data Block function must be turned off (note that Visual Voicemail uses data for which there is no charge, when used in Canada.
