1. Go to Account Maintenance
Type in a 10-digit number
2. Look for “Price Plan Details” to add a new line
Click on “Add a Line”
3. Look for “Latest Device Purchase” for upgrade
Click on “Upgrade Device”
4. To look into order history, click the link “Hardware Order History”
1. Go to Reports tab
2. Under Report Category choose “Wireless Eligibility Check”
3. Under Report Type choose “Hardware Upgrade Eligibility Report”
1. On the login page, click “Forgot your password?”
2. Enter your email address for your MyBusiness Hub profile.
3. You will receive an email containing a password reset link.
4. Click on the link to set your new password.
You can use either to perform a Self-Serve transaction of a hardware upgrade or add a line based on your role on Business Self-Serve.
No, the credentials used for your consumer services are now separate from the credentials used for your business services. This mean that all of your Rogers My Business Services can only be accessed through MyBusiness Hub, while your consumer services can only be accessed through your MyRogers.

In a bulk flow you can order up to 25 lines in a single order. You must order in groups where: lines in each group will have the same device, plan, add-ons and accessories.
