Enable or Disable the Long Distance Ring Notifier in Online Manager

The following steps explain how to turn on and turn off the incoming long distance ring notifier online.

Activate Long Distance Ring 

1. Login to rogers.com/web/link/signin.
2. Select Usage & Services.
3. Select the home phone number you want to manage.
4. Select Configure your current features.
5. Select the Ring Settings tab.
6. Next to Long Distance Ring select Configure.
7. Select Yes to activate Long Distance Ring.
8. Select Next.
9. Confirm the Changes.

Deactivate Long Distance Ring 

1. Login to rogers.com/web/link/signin.
2. Select Usage & Services.
3. Select the home phone number you want to manage.
4. Select Configure your current features.
5. Select the Ring Settings tab.
6. Next to Long Distance Ring select Configure.
7. Select No to deactivate Long Distance Ring.
8. Select Next.
9. Confirm the changes.
