How to register a MyRogers profile

New to Rogers? We’ve made it easier than ever to get started with MyRogers, all you need to do is set a password.

At the time of ordering your service, we asked for your email address, this is now your MyRogers username and we’ve started the registration process for you. All you need to do is set your password.

Note: If you’ve already registered for a MyRogers profile and are having trouble signing in visit this support page for help.

Follow these steps…

Use the MyRogers email we sent you to set your password. Check your Junk Folder if you don’t see the email in your Inbox. The subject line is Set your password to register

  • Click set password and follow the onscreen prompts to complete registration.

Didn’t receive an e-mail or can’t find it? We’ve got you covered

  1. Go to the MyRogers registration page
  2. Enter the email address you want to use as your MyRogers username and for password recovery purposes. select Continue.
    • If you are registering with the email that you provided during purchase, check your inbox for the verification code.
    • If you choose to register with a new email address, you will need to complete a few extra steps
      • Enter your 9 or 12-digit Account number
      • Postal code
      • Date of birth and select Continue.
      • Check your inbox for the verification code.
  3. Enter the verification code select Continue.
  4. Set your password and select Continue.
  5. Select Go to MyRogers to automatically sign in to your account.
    • The email address you save on your MyRogers will be used for all future communications replacing any existing email addresses we may have on file
    •  If you wish to change this at any time, you can login to MyRogers to update your information.

How to register a My Shaw profile

If you’re a Rogers Together With Shaw customer, you can manage your Rogers account and services with the My Shaw web browser or mobile app. You can register a My Shaw profile by creating a Shaw ID and password, and then use this Shaw ID and password to log in to My Shaw. A Shaw ID is a single login for products and services like My Shaw and the Rogers Xfinity app (Shaw). 

To create a Primary Shaw ID: 

  1. Enter an email address and choose a password for your Shaw ID, then select Create Shaw ID. 
    If your Email Address is registered to your Shaw Account number, go to step 4. 

    • Note: Password requirements include a minimum 8 characters, a number, an uppercase, and a lowercase character. 

  1. Enter your Account Number and Postal Code found in your order summary or monthly bill, then select Create your Shaw ID. 

  1. You should have received an email to activate your Shaw ID. 

  1. Open your email from noreplyshawid@sjrb.ca and click Activate Now. The link will be valid for 48 hours. 

  1. You will see a screen saying Your Shaw ID is now active.  

Once you’ve created a Shaw ID, you can sign in to My Shaw to manage your Rogers bill, account, and services. Simply go to the My Shaw web browser or mobile app and sign in with your Shaw ID and password.
