The following steps explain how to view, manage, and edit your contact in Online Manager.
Add a new contact
- Login to rogers.com/web/link/signin.
- Place the mouse over MyRogers.
- Select Products & Services under My Account.
- Select Home Phone.
- Select Home & Away ™ Online-Manager with VM.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- Select the Add A New Contact link.
- Enter the following information:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Select whether it is long distance or not
- Type (home, work, mobile, or other)
- Specify if the Contact should be added to any of the feature lists
- Save the contact by selecting Save Changes.
Edit an existing contact
- Login to rogers.com/web/link/signin.
- Place the mouse over MyRogers.
- Select Products & Services under My Account.
- Select Home Phone.
- Select Home & Away ™ Online-Manager with VM.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- Select the Edit link that corresponds to the contact to edit.
- Edit the information to be changed.
- Save the contact by selecting Save Changes.
Delete an existing contact
- Login to rogers.com/web/link/signin.
- Place the mouse over MyRogers.
- Select Products & Services under My Account.
- Select Home Phone.
- Select Home & Away ™ Online-Manager with VM.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- Select the Delete link that corresponds to the contact to edit.
- Select Save Changes to delete the contact.
Add a number to the Speed Call List
- Login to rogers.com/web/link/signin.
- Place the mouse over MyRogers.
- Select Products & Services under My Account.
- Select Home Phone.
- Select Home & Away ™ Online-Manager with VM.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- For a new contact select Add a New Contact.
- For an existing contact select edit on the contact.
- Assign the 2-digit Speed Call code for the contact by selecting it from the Speed Call drop down list.
- Save the changes by selecting Save Change.
