Netflix Rogers Billing is eligible for the following:
Rogers mobile and Rogers Xfinity TV customers.
Netflix customers signing up for the first time.
You can also register for Netflix Rogers Billing if you already have Netflix. You’ll just need to temporarily cancel your subscription for 1 billing cycle. Learn how to do this below. If you’re a Rogers Xfinity App TV customer, your previous method of payment will be paused and it’ll switch to “Billed to your account with Rogers”.
To remove your payment information and temporarily cancel your Netflix account:
Once your Netflix subscription is cancelled, wait until 7 days after what the next scheduled payment would have been on your cancelled Netflix subscription (your billing cycle date), and then sign up for Netflix:
Wireless customers: Via MyRogers
Rogers Xfinity TV customers: Via the Netflix app in the Apps menu of Rogers Xfinity TV. By signing up directly through your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box, your Netflix billing will be automatically synched to your Rogers bill.
To subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing, you need to create or reactivate your Netflix account:
If you subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing and forgot the email address or username associated with your Netflix account, you can retrieve it by logging in to your rogers.com profile. Once logged in, click Let’s go under the Netflix icon. You will be directed to the Sign into your Netflix account page on Netflix, where the username will be displayed.
If you subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing and forget the email address or username associated with your Netflix account, you can retrieve it by accessing the Netflix app on your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box or Rogers Streaming. Once you are in the Netflix app, choose a profile and click Get Help. Highlight the Member section, the email address listed is your username. If the Netflix app has since been logged out, contact Netflix Help for assistance.
If you don’t cancel your existing Netflix account before trying to subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing, Netflix will keep charging you through your existing method of payment (credit card or PayPal) and you’ll also keep your existing Netflix plan. We will not bill you through your Rogers account.

To reactivate your Netflix subscription after cancelling Netflix Rogers Billing:
When you cancel or change your Netflix subscription, you should see this reflected in the next billing cycle of your Rogers bill. Visit Netflix.ca or the Netflix app, go to your account profile, and select Billing Details to confirm your payment and subscription information.
If you cancel your Rogers account, your Netflix subscription will be automatically cancelled as well. To confirm your subscription payments and any cancellation dates, visit Netflix.ca or the Netflix app, go to your account profile, and select Billing Details.
