Netflix Rogers Billing lets you add your monthly Netflix subscription charge to your Rogers bill.
Who is eligible to subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing?
Netflix Rogers Billing is eligible to the following:
- Rogers customers with accounts that include post-paid wireless services and/or Rogers Xfinity TV service.
- Netflix customers signing up for the first time
You can also register for Netflix Rogers Billing if you already have Netflix. You’ll just need to temporarily cancel your subscription for 1 billing cycle. Learn how to do this below.
How do I temporarily cancel my Netflix subscription or remove my payment info, so I can be eligible for Netflix Rogers billing?
To remove your payment information and temporarily cancel your Netflix account:
- Go to Netflix.ca or open the Netflix app on your device.
- Open the menu for your account and select Account.
- Select Cancel Membership.
- Select Finish Cancelation.
- Note: Netflix will keep your viewing activity, recommendations, ratings, and your DVD queue for 10 months after your account closes. If you decide to come back during that time, you can pick up right where you left off.
- Select Back to Account and then Billing Details to see your next billing date and payment information.
Once your Netflix subscription is cancelled, wait until 7 days after what the next scheduled payment would have been on your cancelled Netflix subscription (your billing cycle date), and then sign up for Netflix:
Wireless customers: Via MyRogers
Rogers Xfinity TV customers: Via the Netflix app in the Apps menu of Rogers Xfinity TV. By signing up directly through your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box, your Netflix billing will be automatically synched to your Rogers bill.
How do I subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing?
To subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing, you need to create or reactivate your Netflix account:
Wireless customers:
- Sign in to MyRogers.
- From the Overview screen, scroll down to the Add More Services section and select Netflix ‘Let’s Go’.
- Review and accept the Terms and Conditions to continue. You’ll be directed to Netflix.ca.
- Complete the sign-up process for your Netflix account. This will automatically register you for Netflix Rogers Billing.
How do I retrieve my Netflix email address or username used for Rogers Billing if I forgot what it is?
Wireless Customers:
If you subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing and forgot the email address or username associated with your Netflix account, you can retrieve it by logging in to your rogers.com profile. Once logged in, click Let’s go under the Netflix icon. You will be directed to the Sign into your Netflix account page on Netflix, where the username will be displayed.
Rogers Xfinity TV and Rogers Streaming Customers:
If you subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing and forget the email address or username associated with your Netflix account, you can retrieve it by accessing the Netflix app on your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box or Rogers Streaming. Once you are in the Netflix app, choose a profile and click Get Help. Highlight the Member section, the email address listed is your username. If the Netflix app has since been logged out of, contact Netflix Help for assistance.
What happens if I don’t cancel my Netflix subscription and try to subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing?
If you don’t cancel your existing Netflix account before trying to subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing, Netflix will keep charging you through your existing method of payment (credit card or PayPal) and you’ll also keep your existing Netflix plan. We will not bill you through your Rogers account.

How do I manage how much data Netflix uses?
To adjust your playback settings:
- Go to Netflix.ca or open the Netflix app on your device.
- Open the menu for your account and select Account.
- Under MY PROFILE, select Playback settings.
- Choose a new setting and select Save.
How do I cancel Netflix Rogers Billing but keep my Netflix subscription?
To remove Netflix Rogers Billing from your Rogers bill, you will need to cancel your Netflix subscription:
- Go to Netflix.ca or open the Netflix app on your device.
- Open the menu for your account and select Account.
- Select the Cancel Membership
- Confirm the cancellation by selecting Finish Cancellation.
To reactivate your Netflix subscription after cancelling Netflix Rogers Billing:
- Go to Netflix.ca or open the Netflix app on your device.
- Open the menu for your account and select Account.
- Select Update payment info.
- Enter your credit/debit card information and select SAVE.
I cancelled/changed my Netflix subscription, but I don’t see the change on my Rogers bill. Why?
When you cancel or make changes to your Netflix subscription, you should see this reflected in the next billing cycle of your Rogers bill. Visit Netflix.ca or the Netflix app, go to your account profile, and select Billing Details to confirm your payment and subscription information.
What happens if I subscribe to Netflix Rogers Billing and cancel my Rogers account?
If you cancel your Rogers account, your Netflix subscription will be automatically cancelled as well. To confirm your subscription payments and any cancellation dates, visit Netflix.ca or the Netflix app, go to your account profile, and select Billing Details.
