Follow these steps to reset the Arris TM822G Modem for Rogers Home Phone.
Use the Reset button on the back of the Home Phone Modem to reset it as if you power cycled the unit. Note that the Reset button is recessed to prevent accidental resets.
- Use a pointy, non-metallic object to press the Reset button.
- The LEDs will turn off and come back on one by one.
- If the lights don’t change, you will need to remove the battery and unplug from power.
- The modem will be fully back online when all the lights are on and the “Link” light turns off.
