The Anonymous Caller Rejection feature for home phone lets you reject calls from callers who use Call Display Block to hide their caller ID information.
This article explains how to turn this calling feature on and off.
Keep in mind: Many health care professionals, emergency services organizations and government offices use Call Display Block. If you’re having issues receiving calls from these numbers, disable Anonymous Caller Rejection.
Enable
- Dial *77.
- The dial tone indicates that the service has been turned on.
Disable
- Dial *87.
- The dial tone indicates that the service has been turned off.
