The Rogers Xfinity Gateway offers our best WiFi yet with advanced technology for strong coverage throughout your home. The Rogers Xfinity App provides step-by-step on-screen instructions to install your modem and maximize your WiFi, then tests your home connection to complete the setup. In-home technician visits are also available within 24 hours to provide additional troubleshooting and WiFi equipment if determined needed. Plus, as your needs grow and change, you can test your WiFi devices at any time right from your smartphone using tools available in the Rogers Xfinity App. You can also access expert help 24/7 through online chat, or contact us for remote video assistance.

How can you get our most secure WiFi experience?

The Advanced Security feature which provides continuous cyberthreat protection for all devices connected to your home network. Plus, it helps prevent your family from accidentally visiting malicious sites that may contain malware, spyware, ransomware or viruses. With Advanced Security, there’s no need to install software on each device or remember to download regular updates. Simply activate the feature on the Rogers Xfinity App, and Advanced Security will begin monitoring your network for and alerting you to potential threats.
