If you visit a Rogers store to upgrade or swap your hardware, please remember to bring two pieces of identification with you. One piece of ID must include your address.
Acceptable forms of ID include: driver's license, Canadian passport, provincial ID or age of majority card, native status card, Armed Forces ID, or senior citizens card.
Unfortunately, if you don't have the correct forms of identification on you we won't be able to upgrade or swap your device.
