What is 411 Directory Assistance & Call Completion

This service is made up of two components:

1. Directory Assistance helps callers obtain phone numbers and other information.
2. Call Completion automatically completes a call once Directory Assistance provides the number.

Note:  Call Completion is available across Canada, excluding Directory Assistance calls within Newfoundland, the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Thunder Bay.
