Phishing or spam text messages
Forward the text message from a Rogers or Fido phone to 7726 (SPAM).
Phishing or spam phone calls
If you received a spam phone call that appears to have come from Rogers/Fido report the call to Customer Care for Rogers, or Fido.
If you received a spam phone call from any other person/company, report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at antifraudcentre.ca or 1-888-495-8501.
Fraud
If you believe you are a victim of fraud or worry that you may have been targeted, please report this activity to both:
- The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at antifraudcentre.ca or 1 (888) 495-8501
- Rogers Customer Care or Fido Customer Care.
