This article is for customers without a Touchpad. Have a Touchpad? Visit this page for your pairing instructions.

Follow these steps to pair your Day/Night HD Camera using the Rogers Smart Home Monitoring app. We recommend pairing your camera before installing it on the wall.

Important: Make sure that your Smart Home Monitoring system is Disarmed. Only pair one Smart Home Monitoring camera at a time.

Power up the Day/Night HD Camera

  1. Move the Day/Night HD Camera to where you plan to install it.
  2. Connect the Ethernet cable to the LAN port of the Day/Night HD Camera.
  3. Connect the DC cable to the Ethernet cable.
  4. Connect the supplied power adaptor to the DC cable and then plug it into a wall outlet. This will power up the Day/Night HD Camera.
    • CAUTION: Only use the power adaptor provided. Using a different one may lead to hardware damage.  support-pair-with-app-wiring
  5. Check the LEDs on the camera:
    • The Power LED should come on briefly and then start to blink. It will blink for 15 to 20 seconds while it starts up. The LED will stop blinking and stay on once the start-up process is complete.
    • The Network LED should be ON.
  6. You’re now ready to pair the camera.
