How to Remove the Visonic Door/Window Sensor Using the Smart Home Monitoring App
Replacing a damaged or faulty door/window sensor? Follow these steps to remove your existing sensor from your Smart Home Monitoring system using the app.
- Log in to your Rogers Smart Home Monitoring app.
- On the Overview screen, tap More.
- Tap Manage Devices.
- Under Installed Devices, locate and tap the Door/Window Sensor you want to remove..
- Under Edit Device, tap Remove Device . You are now ready to pair your new sensor to your smart home system.
