Access or Use IP Relay

The following steps explain how to activate the Message Relay service.

Message Relay helps customers who have a hearing or speech disorder communicate with a relay service.

1. From the rogers.com homepage, click Accessibility Services and select Register for IP Relay.
2. Create a Rogers IP Relay account on the IP Registration page and click Next.
3. Confirm the registration information entered is correct and Accept Terms and Conditions.
   • The user ID and password are sent by email.
   • You are now ready to use the IP Relay service within 24-48 hours.
