How to access voicemail – Wireless Home Phone

There are 2 ways you can access your Wireless Home Phone voicemail:

1. On your handset, press the Voicemail key or press and hold the 1 key. You will hear your greeting.
2. Enter your password when prompted.
3. Follow the prompts to review your messages.

1. Dial your Wireless Home Phone number. You will hear your greeting.
   1. If calling from the U.S., dial 1 before your 10-digit Wireless Home Phone number.
   2. If calling from another country, dial the International Direct Dialing number used in that country, followed by 1 + your 10-digit Wireless Home Phone number.
      1. Note: The International Direct Dialing number is the code you need to call to get a line outside the country you are currently in. For example, the code in Canada and the U.S. is 011, in most of Western Europe it’s 00 and in Hong Kong it's 001.
2. Press # to interrupt the greeting.
3. Enter your password when prompted.
4. Follow the prompts to review your messages
