You can make three types of calls through Operator Assistance: Collect Calls, Bill to Third Party Calls and Sent to Paid Calls.
When you place a call through Operator Assistance and the call recipient accepts the charges.
When a call you place through Operator Assistance isn’t charged to you or the call recipient, but is instead billed to a third party. Billed to Third Party Calls can be charged to anyone in Canada.
When you place a call through Operator Assistance and incur the charges yourself.
