Turning your Home Phone voicemail on and off is easy with Home & AwayTM Online-Manager. Just follow the steps below.
Turn Home Phone voicemail on/off with Home & Away Online-Manager

Turn voicemail off
Prefer using your own answering machine or another voicemail service? Turning off Home Phone voicemail with Home & Away Online-Manager helps you do just that.
- Sign into MyRogers
- From the Overview screen, locate the Residential section. In this section, select Home Phone for the phone number you’d like to manage.
- Under Manage your home phone, select Configure your current features.
- Select Ring Settings.
- In the Voicemail section, select Configure.
- Under CHANGE MY SETTINGS, select OFF beside Voicemail.
- Select Next.
- Select Confirm.
Your Home Phone voicemail will now be turned off and you’ll be directed back to the Ring Settings screen. You’ll no longer see a red checkmark next to Voicemail.
Turn voicemail on
- Sign into MyRogers
- From the Overview screen, locate the Residential section. In this section, select Home Phone for the phone number you’d like to manage.
- Under Manage your home phone, select Configure your current features.
- Select Ring Settings.
- In the Voicemail section, select Configure.
- Under CHANGE MY SETTINGS, select ON beside Voicemail.
- Here you can also select the number of rings before a call is sent to voicemail. The default setting is 4 rings.
- Select Next.
- Select Confirm.
Your Home Phone voicemail will now be turned on and you’ll be directed back to the Ring Settings screen. You’ll see a red checkmark next to Voicemail letting you know your voicemail is active.
