If the Rogers Xfinity Video Doorbell is paired with the Rogers Xfinity App, you can restart it or reboot it using the app.
- Remove the metal trim plate from the Rogers Xfinity Video Doorbell to reveal the reset hole.
- The reset pin hole is on top of the doorbell, in the center.
- Insert a paper clip into the reset pin hole. Gently press and release the button within one second to reboot the camera.
- Press and hold for over five seconds and then release to reset to factory settings.
- Note: If you press the button for more than 10 seconds, it will reset your device and a technician will be required to fix it.
