How to reboot your Ignite Door/Window Sensor
Follow these steps to reboot the detector.
- Remove the sensor cover.
- Remove the battery from the sensor.
- Wait at least 5 seconds.
- Insert the battery.
- Place the cover back on the sensor.
Your Ignite Door/Window Sensor will reboot.
How to factory reset your Ignite Door/Window Sensor
Please note that factory resetting your Ignite Door/Window Sensor will remove the device from your network. It will need to be paired again.
Follow these steps to reset the sensor to default settings.
- Remove the sensor cover.
- Remove the battery from the sensor.
- Press and hold the tamper switch, located next to the battery.
- Insert the battery. The LED will light up for 4 seconds when it’s done booting up.
- Release the tamper switch once the LED is lit.
- Place the cover back on the sensor.
