Easy Connect via WiFi

Using Easy Connect, choose your home WiFi network name and create a secure password using at least eight characters, including a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Tip: If you've already set up your devices to connect to a particular WiFi network name and password, you can apply these to your modem.

1. Check the Settings or Connections menu on your smartphone, tablet or computer to ensure that WiFi is turned on.
2. Connect to the Easy Connect WiFi network (Note: the name will also include the last digits of the serial number labelled on the back of your modem.
3. Open a web browser and follow the on-screen Easy Connect instructions to test your connection and customize your WiFi settings.
