How to use Netflix on your Entertainment Box

With a voice command

1. Press and hold the Mic button on your Rogers Xfinity Voice Remote.
2. Use a voice command like “Netflix” or “Open Netflix.”
3. Release the Mic. The app will open on your TV.

Without a voice command

1. Press the Rogers or Home button on your Rogers Xfinity Voice Remote to open the main menu.
2. Select Apps.
3. Select Netflix. The app will open on your TV.

1. Open the Netflix app on your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Sign in using your regular Netflix credentials.
4. Start streaming!

Don’t have a Netflix account? Keep reading for instructions to set up an account without leaving the app.

 

1. Open the Netflix app on your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box.
2. Select Join now.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to create a Netflix account.
4. That’s it! Once your account is created, you can sign in and start streaming.

If you subscribe to Netflix and forgot the email address or username associated with your Netflix account, you can retrieve it by accessing the Netflix app on your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box.

1. Open the Netflix app on your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box.
2. Choose a profile.
3. Select Get Help.
4. Highlight the Member section, the email address listed is your username.
