The following steps explain how to block or unblock calls on your Android smartphone. This feature is not currently available for all Android smartphones.
Note: These settings are general instructions only. Android™ is available on many devices and different versions exist in the market. As such, some of the names, information or settings below may vary depending on the device you have. This guide was made to provide instructions on as many devices and versions of the Android OS as possible.
- Open the Phone application.
- Press the Menu key.
- Select Call settings.
- Select Call rejection.
- Select Auto reject list.
- Tap on Create.
- Place a checkbox beside Unknown, if you want to block unknown numbers.
- Enter the phone number you wish to block, tap on Save.
