Picture and Video Messaging (MMS) allows you to send and receive pictures and videos between wireless phones and even send pictures and videos to an email address.
Picture and Video Messaging
- All Rogers InfiniteTM plans include unlimited picture and video messaging sent from
- Canada to a Canadian wireless number. We also offer Rogers Infinite plans that include unlimited U.S. picture and video messaging (from Canada to a U.S. number).
- If picture/video messaging is not included with your plan you are subject to pay-per-use rates of $0.50/message to send/receive a picture/video message from your wireless phone while in Canada to another Canadian number.
- Sending picture/video messages from Canada to a US or international wireless number is $0.75/message.

How to add a picture and video messaging add on through MyRogers
For more information about our value packs and long distance add-ons, visit our Plans and Add-ons page on rogers.com, or sign in to MyRogers.
- Once you've signed in, go to the wireless number you want to update and select Manage.
- This will take you to your wireless services page.
- Scroll down to My Wireless Plan and click on the link that reads Browse add-ons for more options.
Using Picture and Video Messaging while travelling
In Canada on the Rogers network:
- You can use Picture and Video Messaging anywhere on the Rogers network.
While in the U.S. or Internationally:
- The service can be used across most of the U.S and can be used abroad on certain networks only.

How to use Picture and Video Messaging (MMS)
Sending a picture or video message
- Refer to your phone’s User Guide to see how to take a picture or video
- You can usually send picture or video either directly from your photo album or from the Messaging menu or app of your phone.
- When you send a message, your phone number will appear on the other person's screen, even if they don't have Call Display or if your number is confidential.
From your album:
- Select the picture or video you want to send.
- Select Share (or the equivalent option or icon).
- Enter the recipient's 10-digit wireless number or select an entry from your contact list.
- For messages sent overseas, enter the recipient's phone number, starting with the "+" symbol and the country code.
- Press Send.
- Select the picture or video you want to send.
From the Messaging menu or app:
- Enter the recipient's 10-digit wireless number or select an entry from your contact list.
- Attach the picture or video you want to send.
- Press Send.
To receive
- The MMS will arrive in your MMS or SMS inbox.
- Select the item and press Open.
