Rogers 3G/HSPA networks are being retired

Rogers will be retiring its 3G network as part of our commitment to enhancing and modernizing our services for faster and more reliable connectivity. Your mobile phone or device must be using LTE and makes phone calls over LTE, known as Voice over LTE (VoLTE). To ensure a smooth transition, we provided a search tool to help you verify if your device supports VoLTE.

Find your device using either your IMEI number, or select your phone

Finding your IMEI number

There are multiple ways to find your IMEI number.

Dial *#06# via Phone app

  1. Open ‘Phone’ application and access ‘Keypad’
  2. Dial *#06#
  3. The screen will display your IMEI number, as well as Serial numbers (S/N) or EIDs


iOS Settings

  1. Open ‘Settings’
  2. Navigate to General, then About
  3. Scroll down to IMEI
  4. Press and hold to copy


On your device

IMEIs can be located in different areas, depending on the device.

  • On the back of your device
  • In the SIM card tray
  • If you can remove the back cover or battery, you might find the IMEI printed on a sticker.
