If you received a text message or email about an exclusive data bonus offer, here’s what you need to know about it, including how to activate, what restrictions are involved, and more.

What do I need to do to receive this bonus?

This offer has been added to your account already, there is no action required.

How long is the offer good for?

This offer has a duration of 15 months, so it will automatically be applied to your account monthly for 15 months.

How can I confirm that this offer has been added to my account?

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Under Usage & Service, select Wireless Usage.
  3. Your high-speed data should now have additional GB available. 
  4. For more details, please select View Details.  

Are there any restrictions to the data uses?

The data is an addon at high speed to your existing data allotment. When roaming, additional charges may also apply.  

What happens if I change my plan or upgrade my phone after receiving the data bonus?

As long as you stay on your existing plan, you will continue to receive the data bonus for the full duration of the offer. If you change your plan or upgrade your device to an in-market price plan, you will continue to enjoy the benefits of the bonus offer. Keep in mind that some price plan changes and device upgrades may cause the offer to be dropped from your account, so please contact us for assistance.
