Use Call Forwarding

The following steps explain how to use the Call Forwarding feature on your mobile device.

Note: Conditional forwarding will not work when voicemail is activated.

Change Settings

  • To change the existing or the active number of Call Forwarding:
    1. Cancel the existing Call Forwarding.
    2. Reactivate Call Forwarding with a new phone number.
  • Call Forwarding types:

Unconditional

If Number is Busy (Conditional)
