Use iPhone Visual Voicemail

The following steps outline how to check, delete, and return wireless visual voicemail (VVM) messages on an Apple iPhone.

Check voicemail messages:

1. Tap Phone.
2. Tap Voicemail.
3. Tap on any message (new messages are indicated with an arrow).

Control message playback:

1. Tap to pause the message and tap again to resume playback.
2. Skip to any point in a message by dragging the play head on the scrubber bar.

Return calls from voicemail:

1. Tap a message.
2. Tap Call Back.

Delete a message:

1. Tap a message.
2. Tap Delete.

Undelete a message:

1. Tap Deleted Messages (at the end of voicemail messages).
2. Tap a message.
3. Tap Undelete.
