If you hear a recording that sounds like this, "Your call cannot be completed as dialed" then it's possible you are dialling the number incorrectly.
Your phone may have been forwarded to a number that isn't in service. Or it's forwarded to a 6- or 11-digit number instead of 7 or 10.
10-digit dialling is required... you must enter the area code and phone number to correctly set up the call forwarding service.
