TV channel lineup changes and service updates
At Rogers, we constantly evaluate our products and services to ensure you get the best possible experience. Occasionally, we make changes to our channel offerings to reflect our customers’ evolving viewership trends or to accommodate recent content provider changes that are beyond our control.
If one of the channels you subscribed to has been discontinued, your TV channel lineup will be updated after the discontinued date to reflect these changes. The rest of your Rogers TV plan will remain the same.
If you paid a separate monthly service fee for one of the channels that has been discontinued, you will no longer see this charge on your bill after its discontinued date.
These changes are made in accordance with the CRTC Television Service Provider Code. If you wish to make changes to your TV services, please log into your MyRogers account. For further assistance, please feel free to contact us and let us know how we can help.
